Charge(s):When Kelly’s client was a young adult, an influx of wealth pushed him towards drug abuse. One day, he attempted to rob a drug dealer and was later convicted of Felony Simple Robbery. The client had moved on from this time in life, but the loss of his firearm rights still hung over him; he longed to hunt again with his family. Kelly petitioned the Court for restoration of his firearm rights. She received a strong objection from the prosecutor, but ultimately the Judge granted the client’s Petition.
