Kelly Restores Gun Rights and then Seals Record

Ten years earlier, Kelly’s client was convicted of Felony Fifth Degree Sale (Marijuana) and Felony Fifth Degree Possession (Ecstasy). Both charges were later dropped down to misdemeanors, but they had drastic impacts on the client’s life, causing him to lose his gun rights and consistently holding him back from employment opportunities. Kelly sought solutions to both problems, petitioning the court both for a restoration of his firearm rights and for an expungement.
