Kelly Keegan Negotiates Deal with Prosecutor for Client Accused of Trespassing

Kelly Keegan’s client was charged with trespassing when he was asked to leave a mall for not wearing shoes. A hopeful lawyer, the charges were devastating for Kelly’s client. After presenting a convincing argument that her client was an upstanding citizen with a bright future, the Bloomington City Attorney’s Office agreed to suspend prosecution of the charge and continued the case for dismissal.
