Kelly Keegan Clears NICS Denial

When Kelly Keegan’s client went to pick up his firearm from a cleaning, he was told the firearm could not be returned to him because he had an Identification for Firearms Sales (IFFS) flag from the FBI. After a vigorous investigation into the client’s criminal history, Kelly was able to find evidence proving her client was not prohibited from possessing firearms. Kelly communicated extensively with the FBI to ensure her client would not be denied possession of firearms in the future. Having successfully done so, Kelly then had the client’s firearm returned to him.
