Kelly Keegan Clears Criminal Charges from Client’s Record

Nearly ten years prior, Kelly’s client was charged by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office with multiple counts of Felony Terroristic Threats. Having represented himself at trial, the client was acquitted of all counts by the jury. Years later, the client was arrested in Ramsey County for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. That charge was later dismissed. Even though neither of these cases resulted in convictions for the client, they both continued to create issues for him. Kelly petitioned for expungements of records relating to both cases, including their arrests. Both expungements were granted. Her client was thus able to finally put these two incidents behind him.
