Kelly Keegan Expunges Disorderly Conduct Records

Kelly’s client was arrested in the City of Anoka nearly thirty years earlier for Disorderly Conduct. Though court records of the case had since been destroyed, the conviction still showed up on background checks. This continually raised questions when the client, a business owner, applied for various licenses. Kelly determined which agencies still held records of the arrest and conviction and sought an expungement for the client. After she was able to get the prosecutor to agree to the petition, the expungement was granted.
