Firearm Rights Restored After Simple Robbery Conviction

When Kelly’s client was a young adult, an influx of wealth pushed him towards drug abuse. One day, he attempted to rob a drug dealer and was later convicted of Felony Simple Robbery. After his conviction, the client sought treatment for his addiction. He became sober, met his wife, and had two children. He also began a successful career. The client had moved on from this time in life, but the loss of his firearm rights still hung over him; he longed to hunt again with his family.
