Domestic Assault Charge Dismissed

Kelly’s client was charged by the City of Coon Rapids with Domestic Assault – Intentionally Inflicts Bodily Harm. After months of fighting the case, Kelly and the client appeared for a Jury Trial. At the last minute, the prosecutor’s unreliable witness decided not to testify. The charges against Kelly’s client were then dismissed.
