Kelly Keegan’s Client Receives Pardons for Three Convictions

Kelly Keegan’s client had three convictions for Fifth Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, all stemming from a period in his life where he was an addict. Over fifteen years later, he was rehabilitated, working in drug and alcohol treatment centers to help others make the same transformations.
