Kelly’s client, as a juvenile, was adjudicated delinquent for Felony Third Degree Burglary after he and his friends stole baseball cards from a local shop. Over twenty-five years later, he applied for a Permit to Carry and was denied because of the felony adjudication. The client sought Kelly’s help in getting his rights restored. Kelly petitioned the Court and filed documentation supporting his request, arguing in their hearing that the client had successfully rebuilt his life and should be able to possess firearms. The efforts were successful: the client’s gun rights were restored.
