Kelly Keegan Has Firearm Returned to Client

Kelly Keegan’s client had his firearm seized by the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Police Department. He was legally allowed to possess firearms and the firearm was not subject to any kind of forfeiture or evidence seizure. Kelly wrote the Police Department, informing them that they had no basis to hold the firearm and requesting its return. The Police Department promptly complied and the firearm was given back to her client.
