Kelly Restores Firearm Rights for Client Convicted of Felony First Degree Arson

When Kelly’s client was in high school, a revenge prank involving using gasoline to light a woman’s patio furniture on fire led to a Felony First Degree Arson conviction in Ramsey County and resulted in a lifetime prohibition on possessing firearms.
