Kelly Restores Gun Rights for Hair Stylist Convicted of Drug Sale and Possession

After becoming sober, entering treatment and turning her life around, Kelly Keegan’s client hired her to restore the gun rights’ she had lost in 2010, in the midst of her addiction, as a result of three serious drug cases in Wadena County related to sale and possession of meth.
