Paralegal Charged with Shoplifting from Walmart has Charge Continued for Dismissal

Kelly Keegan’s client, a paralegal at an area law firm, retained her after being charged with shoplifting $82 worth of merchandise from a Walmart in Oak Park Heights.   Kelly negotiated an agreement to suspend the prosecution with the prosecutor, meaning that after six months the charge will be dismissed as long as the client does not commit a similar offense.
