Favorable Resolution for Client Charged with Two Counts of Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

Kelly Keegan’s client retained her after being charged by the Maple Grove city prosecutor with two counts of Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault and one count of Disorderly Conduct as a result of a fight between her client and his girlfriend in a parking lot. Kelly was able to resolve the case with a conviction for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and no jail time, despite her client’s previous conviction for Felony Second Degree (Domestic) Assault in which he served time in prison.
